Administration Assistant - Fixed Term

About the Role

This fixed-time 13-month role is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and administrative support across the Infrastructure Directorate. You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, manage correspondence and records, support planning application processes, coordinate bookings, and assist with internal systems and procedures.

Working closely with multiple departments, you will help ensure efficient daily operations through strong communication, accurate administration, and effective time management. The role also includes providing secretariat support, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and assisting the Executive Assistant to the General Manager. Participation in cyclone and natural disaster preparedness and response activities is also required.

About You

You are an organised and customer-focused professional with experience providing high-quality customer service and administrative support in fast-paced environments. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, maintain confidentiality, and can effectively follow procedures and guidelines. You are proficient in Microsoft Office, have excellent time management skills, and demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to workplace safety.
